да они пускай бы тестили на Делфи своими тестерами ,а народ на оракле ныть перестал когдаже откроют ОБ и тд.
наверно в них железа мало или економят електричестве dry

Качну ночью китайский клиент, до открытия пиратки там побегаю тогда. Ато даже игру не щупал, всё обещаниями кормят ))

There is no ETA as of the end of this work day.

The 'major bug' that is preventing the release of the patch seems to be major indeed. Technical and management are in discussion with China and it has been proposed to send a member of the technical staff to China to assist with the issue. Naturally, as there would be costs involved, the decision to send staff over will be pending further appraisal of the problem.

For those checking every hour, it is recommended that you use this time to rest and relax. Checking back just once every few days probably would not hurt.

The Open Beta servers are not expected to open this week, and the odds of a launch next week are not great either. It will be done when it is done. Once the patch is completed and received, it will still have to go through testing on the local test server. After the patch is approved, it will be put on the patch server as well as uploaded to other locations. There will be a few days delay between receipt of the patch and the launch of Open Beta should the patch receive approval.

An announcement will be made on the main website once a confirmed date for the Open Beta has been determined.

PW Open Beta Update 2nd Nov 2007

Greetings!

As the work week comes to a close, there isn't much to report that is new. The ETA and time frame for the solving of the major bug is still up in the air and anyones guess. Work on Delphi is proceeding smoothly and thanks to circumstances will be ready for the Open Beta. The new Customer Service personnel are settling in nicely, and if you are from/on the Chinese servers, this upcoming work week is a good time to report bots!

On another note, there has been a request for me to stop these daily updates because they appear to be doing more harm than good. As such, I urge everyone to remain calm. (For fans of Hitchhiker, DON'T PANIC. )

The next update should be in the more familiar sticky format and should hopefully contain better news.
